Do Gift Cards Come In Specific Dollar Amounts?
Can I Add Extra For A Tip When Purchasing and/or Can I Use My Gift Card Balance Toward Tipping My Practitioner?
Yes, many of our customers choose to purchase a gift card amount that includes enough for a tip. This way they know everything will be taken care of when the recipient comes in to use their gift.
And yes, you can absolutely use your Gift Card balance toward a tip for your practitioner.
Can Gift Certificates Be Used For Any Practitioner?
Yes. All practitioners at Whole Being Massage accept payment in the form of our gift cards.
Do Gift Cards At Whole Being Massage Expire?
All of our gift cards expire 5 years from the date of purchase (per Idaho law). However, if you purchase a gift card at a discounted rate, the promotional value of the card expires after 1 year.
For example, if you purchase a $100 gift card on sale for $80, the promotional value of $100 has a 1-year expiration date from the date of purchase. After 1 year, the gift card would be worth the purchase price of $80 and valid up to the 5-year expiration date.
Do I Need To Bring My Gift Card With Me To Redeem It?
It’s always helpful if you have the gift card present (either a physical or digital copy), but we can almost always look it up under either your name or the name of the person who purchased it for you.
