Scheduling and Cancellation Policies

To get the most out of your session, we recommend filling out your intake form prior to coming in and arriving a few minutes before your scheduled appointment time.

We request at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

For appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice and missed appointments, we charge a rescheduling fee of 50% of the service price and may require prepayment to book future sessions.

We ask that you cancel if you feel any symptoms of illness, such as cough or fever. The rescheduling fee will be waived in the case of illness.
